Chose Hernandez Glass out of others because of their personable response and prompt phone call after seeking estimates. They were quick and reliable and did a great job! Highly recommend. You can see the crack our 3 year old put in the window if you zoom in, only have pics of when it was dark so hard to see.

Hernandez Glass is super, dependable family owned company. They did such a great job replacing my old windows on my house and were quick and efficient. The price was great, They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled. I will use the company again to replace my big window in the living room. Took the job promising will fix the window in 3 days. Then later kept on delaying. Was difficult to follow up with - wouldn’t show up or update even when time was fixed to fix the window. Still following up about sharing an invoice. Not a good experience.

We will do better ankit thanks for the feed back. I'm glad at least the window was installed properly as soon we got our hands on it. Sometimes our distributer do delay our windows. we will do better communicating that in the future. cheers
