Gheorghe really came through clutch for our household when my mother-in-law's shower pan to drain connection failed. I communicated with Gheorghe within hours of posting our job through Thumbtack and overnight we were able to reach a financial agreement and the next morning the Tile Toplevel crew were all at our home and went straight to protecting our home from the work area's and then into demo not shortly after. The work was straight forward for them to remove & replace shower pan and required a lot of experience and skillful diligence. I'm more than happy that these guys did such a knock-out job for us, even coming super close to matching tile to existing (which I didn't expect was possible). They explained the process and answered questions we had very direct and kept us informed of the process. There were some areas of work that were chipped and could not be repaired w/o replacing the entire shower surround which is not what we needed and they explained the what/why/how of this damage and I think they blended it in very well with grout. The clean-up was stellar, the work was stellar, the communication and overall attitude of everyone we spoke with or met with Toplevel was awesome! I really appreciated that one of the crew made a commitment that he would drive to our home (which is at least 30-45 miles away I'm sure) just to bring out and install a bottom threshold sweep (maybe a 5-10 minute job). I really never expected him to do this just because I knew it was a PITA, but he did. That's rare in my opinion and highly respected. We paid what I felt was a premium, but we got expedited service beyond expectations. Now with the knowledge I have I'll easily recommend and bring Gheorghe and the Tile Toplevel team onto any tile project we have going forward. TY

Gheorghe and team were excellent. We had a shower that was leaking from the drain and shower pan. Since we needed a new shower pan, at least two rows of tile replaced and didn’t have matching tiles, we decided to replace all the tiles as well and do a complete shower remodel. The work performed was absolutely top notch. Gheorghe even helped us pick tile that would coordinate with our bathroom floor and tub surround tile. Team was meticulous. The process from new shower pan to tiling went smoothly. Tiling was so precise that nearly all tiles were completely even, so that you could run your hand down wall and feel that surface was flat from tile to tile. This despite our walls not being flat. When tiling was done, we needed new shower control and shower head. Gheorghe even helped pick those out. The grouting and epoxy sealant was the last thing done. After grouting, we noticed a few spots that their grouting guy missed. We mentioned to Gheorghe right away and he came out at 5pm and stayed until almost 9pm to make it right. We went through final inspection and everything looked great and was completed to perfection. Would highly recommend. Company does many other types of work and we discussed future projects and will likely go with Gheorghe and Company to complete those projects. I’ll attach pictures but they do not do the job full justice, as job, of course, looks even better in person.

Georghe and his team is very responsive to my request. They gave me a reasonable quote within a very short time frame accommodating my schedule and they have completed the work very efficiently within the promised timeline. I’m very happy with how the restoration has turned out. The bathtub, walls and ceiling look even better than before. You can see the difference in the before and after photos. Water leak is not fun to deal with and I think I was very lucky to have worked with a reliable contractor like Tile Toplevel. It really saved my time and energy.
