They are repairing my computer as I write this review. They were very efficient on diagnostics, recommendations and quotes which were very reasonable considering he has to replace my hard drive but he managed to save my files. They were informative on what may have happened to cause the damage. So far I am confident that my computer will be fixed to my satisfaction.
