- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to your homes needs. We'd love to tell you per service what it will cost you but, since every home is unique, so is our pricing. Some work we can determine the cost over the phone, such as having a bird in your vent or a raccoon living in your yard. Most, such as a squirrel living in your home will be more dynamic, but rest assured the inspection won't cost you a penny!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us for assistance the first step is understanding what you've been living with and are seeking help for. This is the most vital step as you ave lived with the wildlife and will have insights to help us identify the solution. From there we will inspect the home fully to identify current issues and potential future ones and build an estimate within the scope you are seeking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this business for a little over 4 years beginning as a technician learning the ropes and later serving as a trainer and branch manager for a local business. This has provided me with a variety of insights and hands on experience in solving wildlife concerns.
