Shaun saved us today when three other companies told me their earliest availability was 5-8 days away. My sink disposal was not working and the sink backed up. He contacted me right away and was able to stop by within 20 minutes. My husband said he was very professional and polite, and it was easy to communicate with him. Shaun quickly solved the electrical problem and then diagnosed our dead sink disposal. Though he offered to exchange it at Home Depot and install today, my husband chose to do it instead. This was only possible because Shaun identified the problem. Thank you so much! We will keep WPT on our service preferred list and enthusiastically recommend this business to others.

WAPT responded same day and sent a skilled electrician to my home. My kitchen lights went out and it took a lot of troubleshooting to figure out the problem. It turned out I had some unsafe wiring issues and they repaired it same day, staying late to get it done for me. They were so skilled that they saved me from extensive potential drywall repair. I really appreciate the time they took to save my walls and also my home from potential fire. I would bring them back every time I need any electrical work done. They were great at communicating with me as well. Thank you!
