I had a fantastic experience working with Chyngyz on my home renovation project. The most challenging task involved structural repairs: he expertly removed a load-bearing wall and installed a horizontal beam with roof-supporting trusses, ensuring the home was structurally sound while opening up the kitchen and the living space. He also reinforced our flooring, installed a new gutter drainage system, and resurfaced the driveway, significantly improving the looks and the drainage around the property. Additionally, he completed a thorough crawl space restoration and insulation, which was an amazing job.
What stood out most was Chyngyz’s reliability and smart decision making skills. He consistently made smart calls when we encountered issues using his past experiences in construction, and I felt completely comfortable trusting his judgment throughout the renovation. He was the main person leading the team, overseeing and guiding other workers with a lot of patience. His work ethic and attention to detail were impressive. He was honest, professional, and a really hard worker. His pricing was really reasonable given the amount of work he put in.
I was really lucky to find Chyngyz — a really honest hard working individual, who was by my side throughout the renovation. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again for future projects.
