- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a background in Psychology and Business. I found myself continually drawn to helping others (individually or whole organizations) move toward achieving their goals and doing so in a holistic manner. Therefore, I went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and further training in Coaching. Both trades enable the client to gain clarity in the present and align their actions toward their goals for the future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Career coaching and life coaching. On occasion, I do organizational development/effectiveness consulting and leadership development.
