I attended a yoga session with Hema and it was extremely rejuvenating. Hema led the session with emphasis on key yoga poses, taking it slow at beginning and slowly increasing the intensity of each yoga session. She has a deep understanding of how yoga helps with mindfulness and body functions and guides each individual to work within their limits at the same time challenging them to explore the next level. I would highly recommend the yoga class under her guidance.
