While we might not offer freebies, we believe your time (and ours) is valuable, and we strive to deliver service that's truly worth paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, you'll be welcomed by one of our friendly, in-house customer service reps who will get you set up in our system and walk you through what to expect. From there, we’ll dispatch a technician to assess your situation, review pricing with you, and lay out the next steps clearly and professionally. Have questions along the way? Our phones are answered 24/7 by a real, live person—no robots, no runaround. Give us a call anytime, and we’ll do our best to help or point you in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Service Department Manager is a certified Journeyman plumber with over 30+ years of hands-on experience. Our service technicians hold a variety of plumbing certifications and boast a combined total of 100+ years of experience. The techs are required to complete ongoing continuing education to maintain them. At Best Plumbing, we invest in our team’s growth—offering regular training on plumbing code, best practices, and brand-specific equipment to ensure every technician is knowledgeable, up to date, and ready to deliver top-quality service.
