Had an issue with my tankless water heater and the tech explained how to address it by simply tweaking the temperature set on the control panel. They didn't charge us and their explanation was great. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

My hot water heater developed a leak and the team at knockout was great at helping to identify the issue and potential fix ahead of time. They arrived same day and were able to confirm the issue and them they made the repairs next day. They were extremely professional and thoroughly explained what had caused the leak and why the repairs were necessary. I appreciate it and can sleep easier now knowing it is resolved.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Knockout Plumbing we charge by the job and not by the hour. So the price we give you before starting the work won't change no matter how long it takes us to do the job. We have travel charge of $50 which is waived if you decide to do the work with us. We will come out and assess the situation and give you written up front cost before starting any work.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For homeowners we gather information such as your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, how you heard about us and how you prefer to be contacted. If you are a landlord we would ask for all the same information as well as your billing address. For businesses we ask for all the same information as above as well as the billing information, who will be paying and what their billing cycle is.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers. Homeowners, real estate agents, businesses, contractors, and property management companies.
