Richard was very prompt in responding to my queries. Gave an approximate quote based on the pics I shared which was reasonable. He showed up right on time and completed the work after a quick trip for materials. He was very professional, and also very communicative about what he was doing. Final bill was on the lower side of his original estimate. Highly satisfied with this project. I will not hesitate to call Richard again for any plumbing needs.
