I had a great experience with M-Appliance. My oven stopped heating properly, and it turned out the lower heating element had completely failed. From the very beginning, the customer service team was extremely polite and helpful. The scheduling department responded quickly and made it easy to register an appointment without any delays. The communication was clear and professional. The technician, Amzy, quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be replaced. He replaced the lower heating element efficiently and professionally. The repair was completed the same day, and now the oven works perfectly again — it heats evenly and reaches the correct temperature without any problems.
