If I could give Bharat more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I wish I would have engaged with him earlier as it would have saved me so much time and money. He was very fast in producing my documents, making changes, getting everything submitted to the city, working with the city to make updates, and was always responsive to my questions. He always took the time to explain the details and city code requirements, which is a labyrinth in itself. I cannot say enough about working with him and would definitely recommend him.

I was a little concerned hiring someone without ever meeting them in person. I usually like to see the person who will be working with me on a home improvement project. Those concerns were unfounded. The whole process to get drawings done from scratch was pretty easy and painless. The drawings were very affordable.
Bharat was great. I needed plans for a 30x30 - 2 story garage with engineering. Super responsive. Everything was done via email, including review of the drafts, and changes. I made a couple changes during the process and it was no problem to have the plans updated to meet my needs.
The plans, site plan, and engineering calculations were exactly what I needed to submit for permits in Snohomish County WA. I submitted for plans in April of 2020.

Working with Bharat is probably the best experience in the whole new construction process. I used someone else to draw my plans to get a permit for a new addition to my house and ended up wasting two weeks because my plans were rejected by the city multiple times. I reached out to Bharat and asked for help. He was the most responsive and easy to work with. Despite the fact that he was going on vacation in a few days and the volume of work he had, he was able to visit my house the same day and was able to put me at ease. He was able to deliver quality drawings for the permit within 3 days despite the 4th of July holiday. He worked weekend to deliver and kept on updating me with his progress. He is the best and most reasonable person to deal with. I have already recommended him to a friend. Thanks a lot Bharat. I'm excited to submit the permit application this time.

Bharat Patel provided drawings and an as built survey of a new commercial retail building in U-Village. We are based in New York and needed someone to turn around the job quickly and provide on the ground coordination; Bharat's timing, coordination and level of detail in drawing were great!
