Great service! I had a remodel project and Franchesca helped me take all the measurements, guide me through the local code building requirements and ultimately draw the plans for my house. It was great working with her because she was very well versed in all the requirements and answered all my questions before building the plan that I was able to use for the reno!

Working with Franchesca on our remodel was an absolute joy :-)She designed the architectural plans to finish out our attic space, which involves modifying a structural wall, a slanted roofline, and more. Franchesca seamlessly connected us with a structural engineer to ensure structural integrity and sound design.Even though this portion of construction is slated for phase two of our remodel, Franchesca made sure we have all our plans, drawings, and permitting documents ready to go. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and a true delight to collaborate with (like chatting with your best friend!). She gave us complete peace of mind throughout on the technical components of our project.If you need an architect, do yourself a favor and hire Franchesca!
