- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every potential client is offered a considerable discount to establish a great new business relationship. Contact us for a quote today! If you are not completely satisfied with the service we provided please reach out to our team within 60 days. Let us know how we can improve. In select cases we may issue full or partial refunds for the services rendered. Included with every event: - 50 miles of travel* - 1 MAST class 12 and TIPS certified bartender per 75 guests - Setup and tear down - Liquor liability & general liability insurance - Customized cocktail menu and written drink menu at the bar - Customized alcohol purchasing list** - All barware (drink-making equipment) - Portable bar with back-bar as needed - Ice service with cooler(s) - Recyclable cups and straws - Iced water beverage station - Face to face consultation and tasting - Appropriate mixers & garnishes - Curated napkins for your event Gratuity and taxes are NOT included * $2.50 for each additional mile of travel & toll reimbursement ** Alcohol is not included per Washington state law. It must be provided by the client. We at Anderson Bartending understand that some events require special attention. We work with customers from all walks of life asking for help with small to large events. From weddings to retirement parties we are ready to make your celebration unforgettable! PRE-EVENT: Contact us for a free quote Review the quote and discuss any changes or special requests for your event Book your event day with a 30% retainer Start planning your event with us! This includes cocktail curation and tasting, curated alcohol purchasing, what garnishes and mixers you would like, and anything else we can do to make your event a success DURING THE EVENT: We arrive an hour before the event begins and setup your bar Enjoy your event while we handle drink service for you POST-EVENT: Invoice, survey, and thank you letter sent the day after the event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Possessing current Washington Class 12 Mixologist Permits and TIPS certifications our bartenders always serve alcohol to your guests in a responsible and professional way. Preventing intoxication, underage drinking, and drunk driving, TIPS is a skills-based training program proven effective by third-party studies. With over 20 years of collective customer service experience our bartenders ensure professional, joy-filled events for each of our clients.
