- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the scope and complexity of each project. Discounts may be possible when multiple improvements are bundled together, since combining work can create efficiencies in design, permitting, and construction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the goals of the project and review the property. From there we evaluate feasibility, discuss budget expectations, move into design and permitting, and then construction once everything is approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team works at the intersection of architecture, construction, and project management. The owner holds a Bachelor of Architecture and has worked in construction for over 12 years in roles ranging from tradesman to project manager, and for the past six years as a business owner. Our team includes professionals with a wide range of architectural and construction experience.
