- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now since I'm a new business, I'm offering free shoots in exchange for using some of the photos in my portfolio. You will also get three, free digital prints. The only up front charge is to cover with Thumbtack charges when you message me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up a discovery call to talk more about what a session looks like. We'll discuss the type of location you desire. I have a studio at my house with lighting, but there are also various studios that I can rent and we can also do it in the comfort of your own home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing photo video work for the past five years.
