Cleaning for three rooms is $89.95. It includes pre-spraying, and steam cleaning. Surfaces will be dry to the touch in as little as two hours, and they will be fully dry in about six hours.

Rob with Affordable was responsive and courteous when providing an estimate and scheduling the appointment. He arrived on time and was conscientious while cleaning our couches to get the best results with the given circumstances (Christmas tree, ongoing activities, etc.). The couches look great and we are very happy with the results and value.

Arrived right on time and did a great job with my carpets. He had to work around my three little kids and also the house cleaner who had taken much longer than scheduled to complete her job. Can't beat it for the price.
