- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At ASAP Carpet Cleaners, our focus is you. We focus on making your experience with us exceptional – through top-of-the-line customer service and home services. Our standard process is the following: 1. Initial Scoping is scheduled with one of our customer service representatives 2. During the initial scoping session, we work with you to gather a high-level quote 3. Time is scheduled for an in-home visit scheduled to finalize the quote. 4. Before the home-visit schedule, you will receive a text\email before the Technician's arrival. 5. During the home visit, we will finalize your quote and scope of services. You will also receive a visualization of the changes to be implemented as a part of your services. 6. Following the home visit, we work with you to schedule the work, even a day of service is available. 7. Work is typically available with a 1-2 day turnaround or at a later date that works best for you. We also offer emergency services for day-of service. 8. Following the service, the Technician will briefly sum the cleaning results to you and give instructions and tips for future maintenance. 9. You will receive a follow-up call 48 hours after your service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
