Marciel and his team did an excellent job deep-cleaning the carpets throughout my entire house. He is extremely easy to communicate with, very professional, and provides a clear breakdown of the work and pricing upfront. He arrived right on time and delivered a thorough cleaning that made the whole house look brand new. We had Emerald City Carpet do a carpet cleaning for us for our move out. They did a fantastic job. Marcel was prompt in his communication he and his team worked efficiently and the result were amazing! They even got a pretty significant stain out of the carpets for us.
