Wow! That is a statement, not an expression. The work that Jim did was flawless. I could not see where the tear in our carpet was once he completed the work. This team was not only knowledgeable in carpet repair, they also helped me understand what a renter could and could not be charged for by a landlord/rental company when it comes to carpeting. We had a washer leaf that flooded our adjacent main bedroom. They were very responsive to all my questions, were able to pivot when my carpet took some time to dry, and then showed up with a crew of 3 and were out in under an hour. They also gave us a quote well below the other(s). Would use again and refer 100%.

Jim was very response. I posted on Thumbtack on Sunday night, he replied and then I called him. I explained that I had a wrinkled, lump carpet. He said that it would need to be power stretched. He agreed to come out on Monday AM for a quote. He review the whole house and found some squeaking of the floor board. He said it would be too expensive for him to fix and to wait until the carpet is change then have the installers add additional screws. Jim was able to find the cause of the wrinkles and correct the issue, he had to fasten down the tack boards with cement nails. He had to drill into the concrete, then set the nails into the tack board so it would not move. He then power stretched the carpet and took our the lumps. He has 30 years of experience and if you want the best hire Jim. He said that the carpet was very heavy 80oz and his work would easily last 20 years. So if you want it done right the first time, call Jim and you will not have anymore issues.
