- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges depending on the services provided. For group events, we aim for a $15 per guest minimum; however, the price may increase to upwards of $75-$100 per guest depending on the style of service and the cost of ingredients. We do our best to work with clients of all budgets. Of course, we want to be profitable, but inclusion is more important to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Holding a phone or email conversations to explore our clients needs and help guide them if they are unsure of them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has worked in some of the best restaurants in the city, acquiring a wide range of experience in both the culinary and service worlds. Many of us also spent time in the world of culinary innovation learning skills and techniques to offer a truly unique experience.
