- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with every customer to meet their budget as best as we are able. We have no hidden fees or costs and all of our charges are explained thoroughly and laid out in line-item form on our estimates for every customer. Whether it be a $20.00 per person BBQ or a $100 per person formal, multi-course plated meal, every customer gets the best quality service and product available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial bid/email contact, we try to arrange a free phone consultation to go over the details of the event. After we take down as much information as we are able, we then put together an estimate and initial menu for the customer to review. We can then work with them to start fine tuning everything to make sure it is as perfect as it can be!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually went to college to be a History and Humanities teacher/professor. While in college, I found my love for cooking and left at half-way through my senior year to start teaching myself about cooking. I am a self-taught chef whose skill comes from years of hard work and passion for the craft.
