- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We also have a dispatch fee that is $49, but that can get waived if you decide to proceed with one of the options. Our pricing is flat-rate, so there are no surprises. You’ll receive an upfront price, and if a project takes longer than expected, you won’t be charged extra. We also have multiple discounts available, so feel free to talk with your technician about what you need — we’re always happy to help find the best option for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll book your appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. Then we’ll dispatch one of our trusted service professionals to your home to provide expert service and take care of everything from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive some of the most comprehensive training in Washington. We invest heavily in ongoing education, hands-on training, and continuous improvement to ensure our team delivers the highest level of service.
