Very pleased with the service, my carpet was very dirty because my baby ( blueberries stains everywhere and more... ) they removed all stains and the carpet was almost they are very kind Excellent job!!

Chris was professional and did a great job cleaning my carpet so I also hired him to do some cleaning in my former rental home that I was preparing to sell. Everything looked great downstairs but the upstairs left a little to be desired. Window sills were not clean like the sills on the main floor. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

Akeena came to my house to check out what I needed done prior to my decision to hire her. She arrived on time even at 4pm with heavy rain and traffic. We did a walk through, I gave her my expectations and we agreed on a date. I had received many other estimates but no other companies agreed to come to see exactly what I needed done. I had some estimates in the $100 range which I knew would NOT be even close to what I would expect to pay for what I need as "deep clean". I would highly recommend giving Taylor Made a chance as she has many years of custodial experience at a public school district as well as current commercial accounts. She is starting to do more residential clients and I am excited to have her come and do my REAL deep clean next week. I will do a review after the job is done but suspect it will also be a 5 star!
