Introduction: I am a trained macrobiotic vegan chef. I am currently enrolled in a professional plant based chef certification course as well. I know how to prepare delicious meals that are also tailored to your body's specific needs.
During our initial visit, we can talk about meal preferences as well as any health issues you would like to try to address using food as well.
I also have extensive experience cooking for children and preparing meals that can be enjoyed by a wide range of tastes and preferences.
I teach individual and group cooking classes integrating delicious recipes and meal ideas with guidance about simple ways to create health in all aspects of life. I have a BS in Community Health and a lifelong interest in using my work to contribute to increased health in our communities.
I love working with my hands and using my creativity and healing abilities in the kitchen. I enjoy working with people and helping them feel better in their bodies.
