- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I make sure to have a menu every week and each week I go grocery shopping for the whole week. I make sure I do the menu and present to client before anything is final incase there are items he/she might not like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended culinary school ale cordon bleu for 2years. I graduated with a 3.9GPA I also have a bachelors degree in travel tourism hospitality management as well.
