Introduction: I have over 35 years experience in this field, serving couples, individuals, and groups. I have a long lasting, continually growing. delightful marriage to my beloved partner, also a therapist, Agnés J. Forrás, LMHC. We have lived and worked together for over 35 years. Unique to us is our over 50 pages of questionaires, including tests on temperment, the 16 motivations and the 18 Schema or self-defeating patterns which most people have to some degree. This helps answer the important question: What is changable and what is not? As one client shared: "I learned more about myself in this first session than I did in my previous year of therapy!" In couples and individual work it is essential to know what is changeable and what is not, and what needs to be accepted.
