- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of students per class session. Discounts are available for established non-profits and for booking multiple class sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to all inquiries with a detailed quote describing our services. We then discuss possible dates and times for training, which are usually very flexible. We invoice after classes take place, and then only for the number of students that actually attend (there are no cancellation fees).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a diverse background in Emergency Medical Services, law enforcement, public service, health services, and wilderness/outdoor safety.
