- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a lead, we can message about the basic scope, then set up a time to walk through the work in person. Following that walk through we’ll discuss rates & an estimate, then talk about scheduling. Since I work regular business hours for my general contracting company still, my availability is limited to weekends, with an occasional weekday evening if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 years of in the field carpentry experience, along with a few professional training & education experiences
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up working around the house with my dad, but never considered a career in the construction field. Once I got my first taste of real carpentry through a family friend, I took to it right away and felt a connection to the work that has lasted.
