Introduction: As well as being a professional dancer, Sean is one of Seattle's leading group fitness instructors and teaches at many different studios, gyms and athletic clubs throughout the greater Seattle area.
Sean can teach many different formats but is best known for his very popular Barre classes.
Sean has used his extensive knowledge about the body and movement along with his love of group fitness to structure his own unique class, which focuses very much on core strength as well as the form, alignment and architecture of the body while sculpting and toning the muscles.
Sean believes that fitness should be fun and creates a very welcoming, friendly and motivating environment!
