About
Quality comes first in everything I do. I never cut corners or rush a project just to offer the lowest price. With 19 years in the construction industry and a licensed Construction Contractor, my focus is on building it right, paying attention to every detail, and delivering a finished project that looks great and lasts.
Whether you need general contracting, deck or porch repair, or a full remodel/addition, I bring the same level of care to every job. I take pride in my work and don’t consider the job complete until you’re 100% satisfied.
If you’re looking for craftsmanship you can trust, I’d be happy to talk about your project.

I’m thrilled with my new deck. Konstantin’s craftsmanship and expertise in deck building really shows. He emphasized attention to detail and completed the deck when stated. The work area was thoroughly cleaned upon completion.

Konstantin and his team did an awesome job on our Trex deck. We went with Toasted Sand and really love how it turned out. The frame feels very solid and you can tell they put a lot of care into the work. The stair lights are probably my favorite part — they look amazing at night. Really happy with the whole project!

Konstantin built a beautiful new deck for me. My backyard is on a slope, and I wanted to create more usable space. He did an awesome job, and the railing looks amazing. Now I have so much more space to enjoy my backyard. I definitely recommend Konstantin!

He replaced the footings on my deck along with some rotted beams and joists, and installed a new deck railing. Everything turned out great. Good quality work, fair price, and communication was easy throughout the project. Very happy with the results and would recommend him.
