- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or email us and we will be in contact quickly. We meet you during a free meet-and-greet session at your home. We discuss your pet's needs, routine and temperament. We also pick up your keys or set up a key lockbox on your property. As soon as we have finished our meet-and-greet, you can schedule services for as soon as the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked with dogs extensively and understand their needs and temperaments. We have years of experience with dogs. We are also experienced in animal first aid.
