We have been working with Ben's Plumbing and HD Partners for our home and office for a couple of years now. They have taken on the bigger projects like our heat pump water heater and mini-splits (thanks Kurt!) to just clearing a clogged pipe. Josh came by this morning to help troubleshoot some water coming off the hot water tank. He was super friendly, knowledgable, and put my mind at ease about the situation. Many thanks to Michelle and Nick running things behind the scenes there. We appreciate you all and will continue to sing your praises!

Had one of the best experiences with Ben's Plumbing! To be honest, I don't normally have great experiences with plumbers, heck, I am lucky if I even have a "good" one, but this was not the case with this company. We had the water completely shut off on us yesterday afternoon and booked with another plumbing company (I will be nice and not say the name, but always do your research) and they were supposed to come out later in the day to fix it. They completely ghosted us and I spent hours trying to get ahold of them to see if they were coming. By 8pm we had no plumber and no water. I called Ben's Plumbing in a panic and Michelle and Callie answered quickly and got it processed and moving immediately. If they had questions, they actually called!!! They were amazing and were able to have a technician out within 30mins of that call. Nick (the technician) was amazing! He wasprompt and ready to go and had the job fixed within a couple of minutes. Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and professional, and the pricing was totally reasonable, especially for an emergency after hours call. PLEASE PLEASE use Ben's Plumbing for your next plumbing job!

Thrilled to get service within a couple hours. Laundry outflow was emerging from downspout drain. John is great at his job, as well as being friendly and professional. The well established root blockage required more than one pass. The camera showed a transformed sewer line in surprisingly good condition. John tested everything and left me confident that the problem is resolved. He was also kind enough to use his camera to assess an erosion problem beneath a slab. He suggested a solution to improve a deteriorating downspout drain. He's also reaching out to a colleague for recommendations on a bidet toilet. He got a lot done and answered all questions. Reasonable price and well worth it. Couldn't be more pleased.
