They went above and beyond to isolate a problem on the day before Thanksgiving until 7:00pm. They returned at 8:00am on the dot Monday and completed the fix rather than go to a more expensive alternative. Prompt, knowledgeable and neat. I would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Bens Plumbing. We had a blockage in our main line that we discovered late in the evening on Saturday. We could not use our toilet, sinks or bath/shower without getting massive flooding. Bens plumbing was able to get someone out the same night within an hour of calling them. I had called other places and they were the only ones able to send someone out. The guy was friendly and helpful and able to get the blockage cleared. I initially gave a 4 star review because he wasnt able to provide camera footage of the line, even though I had been told in the phone that he would. On Monday they made it right by sending out a guy free of charge to do the camera work on the lines, since they werent able to do it on Saturday. This gave us peace of mind on the status of our lines and saved us from having another costly expense. I am super grateful for their service and for taking the time to make sure we were satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them. Super friendly and easy to work with.

We have used Bens Plumbing twice now and each time, they have exceeded our expectations. Today, Tyler arrived on the early side of the predicted window - yay ! - and set to work on our two problem areas. Not only did he resolve the issues but he found them far less complex than we had anticipated and was honest enough to say so. He even admired the age and quality of our fixtures, an added touch of reassurance. We are SO relieved to have a plumbing company we can rely on. We will definitely call them again. Great service. They were on time, very professional, fixed my broken pipe and took info for a bid on a future project.Our house is very old and we have ancient galvanized pipe in many areas. One of them broke, Ben's fixed it without trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need. Would definitely call them again.
