I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent service provided at my residence. While I appreciate the technician’s prompt arrival and successful completion of the faucet cartridge replacement, I was extremely surprised to receive a bill of $669.77 for a job that took approximately 10 minutes to install. This labor charge seems excessively high, especially considering the industry standard rates in Seattle for similar plumbing tasks, which typically range from $90 to $270. The service performed did not require any specialized tools or extended diagnostic work that might justify such a premium fee. I value professional service and understand the costs associated with skilled labor, but this charge feels disproportionate to the time and complexity involved. I kindly request a review of the invoice and a reconsideration of the labor fee. I would appreciate a detailed breakdown of how this amount was calculated.

Noah from Mr. Rooter just left my house. He was on time/even early. Explained what needed fixing, as well as what other options may be needed depending on how detailed the job was. No matter how much repair was needed, he had everything in his truck so there was no waiting. Luckily, the least amount of repair and damage needed tending too, so he fixed, cleaned and disinfected. Mr Rooter has always been my go to place. Noah's service exemplified this business once again.
