Daniel Pisano and the rest of the team did a great job. They showed up quickly and managed to extract a broken sewer scope that another plumbing company in this "seattle town" said was impossible to retrieve. Mr Rooter managed to do a repair WITHOUT tearing up the street, saving us a TON of cash (literally enough to buy a car). Daniel calmly explained the situation and offered solutions the other company couldn't or wouldn't. (They were NOT happy. Hah.) Thanks guys.

Mr. Suk Singh is extremely professional, an attentive listener to the customer, and meticulous with details as to what is (or is not) functioning correctly. Very impressed with his organized approach in setting up the work site, as well as cleaning up 100%. Mr. Singh explained his steps and findings throughout the service call, including a recommendation of the nexts steps for a permanent solution that are outside his scope of training. Much respect for Mr Singh being transparent with what he knows vs what the knowledge he needs to learn. We have an up-front, flat rate pricing model. Our professional plumbers explain what services they are going to perform—prior to starting the job. You will be presented with options to make informed decisions about your plumbing services.
