About this pro
I live music and I love music. That means I put in as much time as possible to not only learn as much as I can and share as much as I can, but also learn the history of the music as much as I can, as well as how it relates to individuals and a society as a whole. When teaching I constantly strive to show my students the beauty in music (and other art forms) and push them to have fun being creative with what they've learned. On the bandstand I constantly strive to raise the level of musicianship with whatever group I'm playing with. Bands that I work with can be found on my website. I love teaching because I love watching people achieve goals and dreams. If I can be a part of that, I'm happy. I love playing because it's what I've been passionate about since I was about 3 feet tall.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $75 per lesson (usually around an hour) unless the student demonstrates both a need for financial assistance and a strong desire to learn, in which case we work out a payment system on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first learn about where the student is coming from musically. Then I work on discovering their learning styles and tailor my teaching to the needs of the student. The goal is to make lessons both enjoyable and effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Aside from graduating from Berklee College of Music, I regularly perform between 5 and 8 times per week around the Seattle area across many different styles of music. This keeps me sharp and focused and provides me with new material to pass on to my students.
