Luis is a highly skilled perfectionist. He is also willing to preserve midcentury fixtures and tile rather than requiring the customer to replace with new. He is qualified to work in many areas of home maintenance, repair, and construction. I found him to be trustworthy in my home when I wasn't there and pleasant to be around when I was home. He is a family man.
