- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I win a bid, I like to schedule an in-person meeting. This allows me and the client to ask/answer questions, interview and make sure we are a good fit to partner on a resume, writing or content project. Then I start working and use track changes and comments to hand off work for client review, via email. I make sure the client can call, Skype or email me until the final version is approved and handed off. I always say clients can contact me even if the project is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend classes, read and watch online videos, and always test and work on new tools and software.
