- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes a generous service package to serve you fully as my clients. I will be asking for a lot of information from you to understand your current lifestyle. My goal is for clients to get comfortable and not be afraid to get creative with their daily fashion decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, assess your current wardrobe, then asking how you envision yourself. From the assessment, I will request for body measurement or current wardrobe measurement. I will also take pictures of the customer along the process so that they can tell the difference. Second, I browse for some accessories and clothing items to add on based customer's fashion goal. Third, we do try on and I will return all the wardrobe that the customer discards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MFA in Arts Leadership, BFA in Fashion Design. I have both the interpersonal skills to speak with clients, also technical skills in understanding clothes structure, material, color, and composition.
