- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price everything by the package, not hourly, and we are very transparent with all of this. It's listed on our website. We are happy to answer questions in our Discovery Session/initial consult for the service you are interested in! Remember, our clients pay us for results. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always invite anyone interested in our services to schedule a discovery session first. This does two things: 1. we gain clarity where the "imbalance" is with their wardrobe 2. it gives us an opportunity to meet each other before we are working together in their closet, or in a dressing room, which can both be fairly personal space. It's really important that this be a good fit for everyone involved, so meeting for a face-to-face Discovery Session is the first step, before we will accept any payment.
