Introduction: Located in the heart of Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, we are a student-focused yoga studio. Our prescriptive approach to yoga pulls from a variety of traditions— hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and mayo fascial release— to optimize your practice. Small group and private allow us to personalize the instruction and attention you receive keeping your practice safe and relevant. You will never deal with overcrowding. We love teaching individuals and small groups! Our boutique studio allows us to get to know our students in a way that larger studios don't. We're able to teach to individual differences adding depth and dimension to the yoga practice. Our students appreciate the significance of practicing yoga in an atmosphere of skilled instruction and personal attention.
