- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking since I was three with my grandma. Kneading doughs and flouring fish. I would watch cooking shows instead of cartoons. So naturally culinary school was on the top of my list as a young adult! Being a nanny while going to school helped me to become comfortable in others homes and I to be able to form relationships easily. Being a personal chef seemed to be right up my alley!
