FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work, site conditions, required parts, and materials. Whenever possible, I provide an upfront estimate after reviewing photos, model numbers, and a brief description of the project. Any diagnostic fees, material costs, or potential additional charges are discussed before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by reviewing the customer’s description, photos, and appliance model number when applicable. I then recommend the best next step and provide an estimate whenever possible. After scheduling, I complete the work carefully, test the repair or installation, clean the work area, and review the completed job with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than seven years of hands-on experience in residential and multifamily property maintenance, appliance repair, installations, and general repairs. I have also completed project management coursework through the University of Washington and two welding training programs. I continue developing my technical knowledge through manufacturer documentation and trade-specific training.
