- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and fair. I charge by the project or by the hour depending on the scope of work. I don’t believe in hidden fees. For larger jobs, I offer discounts and always discuss pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. Then I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once we agree, I complete the work efficiently and always clean up after myself. Finally, I do a walk-through with the customer to make sure everything is finished to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical work, and painting. In addition, I regularly take courses and certifications on safety practices and updated building standards, so I can deliver professional, reliable, and code-compliant work.
