Expertise, professionalism, mindfulness of our time, and an all over a joy to work with. Picture this: spur of the moment your spouse comes in and says I think the garage door is broken. First thought is oh no, what did you do? Hey, accidents do happen. So after that initial thought the very next thing I do is go to thumbtack to find the right company that can fix the problem. BT garage door and gate repair was the first company that I contacted, they were also the first people that contacted us. They were at our house within two hours. We had already gotten an estimate from a friend of a neighbor which really frightened us. So, when the amazing technician from BT showed up, I was scared.
