I'm super impressed with the high response of these guys. Basically, they responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and sent someone over immediately to take a look. They were fair in their assessment and clear in their explanations of what was wrong and I'd done my own independent research on the matter, so there was no shenanigans whatsoever. They were also able to work with me on arriving at a fair price, and it was convenient to get the thing fixed right away — far faster than i’d estimated would be the case. In the end, they did not have the particular part as we have a very special garage door, and needed to come back the next morning first thing which they did, and this was fine with me. Honestly, the whole thing got addressed perfectly much quicker end-to-end than I would have ever imagined and I'm very satisfied.
