Loved the fast response to the initial request! Their technician came to our house gave an honest and detailed estimate for the work, materials and time that was needed to repair the garage opener. I also met other companies and gathered quotes, yet the level of professionalism and details did not compare to the Elite Tech Services LLC. I still had some questions after the estimate was given, and Elite Tech Services LLC, was attentive enough to respond to all my questions and concerns. I knew right then, Elite Tech Services was the company I'd hire to do the job. They came over to my house did everything they promised in the estimate, and within a couple of hours my garage was working to perfection. We had an issue with our existing garage door opener that we hoped could be fixed, but had a new opener ready in case. Ran and the team attempted to fix the old garage, but it was too old to be repaired. They only charged me for the replacement, were fast and had to come out twice to get a special part needed to drill into the concrete base at the edge of our garage. Would hire again.

Fantastic service. I submitted my RFP late in the evening not expecting a bid until the next day. Elite Tech responded within 20 minutes with a quote. I called the next day with a few questions. Once I decided to go with Elite Tech ,they were at my home fixing the issues immediately. The technician was extremely professional and polite. He fixed the issue quickly and was on his way.
They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Great service and value with these guys.
