Fast response, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. Ran replaced both garage door springs quickly and made sure the door was perfectly balanced before leaving. The garage door is now running much smoother and quieter than before. They also inspected the rollers, cables, and opener to make sure everything was working safely. Thomas was helpful and efficient in fixing my garage door. His prices were fair ($350 to repair the cables and rollers, $400 to replace two torsion springs)

Sensor alignment issue had my door reversing every time it tried to close. Other company I called said I needed a new opener. Elite tech fixed the sensors in about fifteen minutes. Still works perfectly four months later. Get a second opinion before replacing anything.

I wasn't sure what was wrong, just knew something was off with how the door was moving. Tech came out, identified that the door was out of balance, adjusted the spring tension, and it was like a completely different door. Sometimes you don't realize how bad it's gotten until it's right again.
