I wasn't sure what was wrong, just knew something was off with how the door was moving. Tech came out, identified that the door was out of balance, adjusted the spring tension, and it was like a completely different door. Sometimes you don't realize how bad it's gotten until it's right again.

Fast response, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. Ran replaced both garage door springs quickly and made sure the door was perfectly balanced before leaving. The garage door is now running much smoother and quieter than before. They also inspected the rollers, cables, and opener to make sure everything was working safely.
