If your garden needs tidying up, hedges or shrubs trimmed, leaves raked, weeding or garden design please contact us with details. We will also assist with creating new organic urban garden(s) flowers or vegetables, vertical or raised garden beds. We use eco-friendly tools as much as possible, reliable transportation and insurance. We will assist with trimming small trees and hedges only. Kim is awesome! She's been super helpful in going me get my garden transformed from a weed infested mess to a beautiful area I enjoy spending time in :) She has given me great advice on how to care for my garden. She helped me identify all the plants that I had growing and figure out what I should keep and what needs to go. I'm slowly starting to pick up on some of the information, and my garden is getting slightly more populated, bit by bit :) I look forward to continuing to work with her.

We hired Kim to help clean up our garden, which was completely overgrown with weeds. She cleared it in no time while being careful not to damage the shrubs and plants we wanted to keep. Kim is efficient and very responsive. I also appreciate that she doesn’t use any chemical herbicides. Please note that there are certain jobs that Kim doesn’t do (i.e. cutting grass over larger areas).

My 92-yr-old mom's garden beds were covered in weeds and grass. Kim made the garden lovely again. More than that, she was absolutely delightful in her interactions with my mom (who wanted to "help"). We had a request to help clean up the weeds and do some maintenance on our front garden, stone stairs, and front grass patch. Kim was very responsive and was extremely flexible in our needs. She arrived on time (actually slightly earlier) and went straight to work diligently. It took about 5 hours to complete the work and it was worth every dollar. Kim is very knowledgeable and experienced. I especially enjoyed learning more about maintenance from her. Kim’s quality is top tier and look forward to working with her again for weeding/gardening maintenance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $70-$80 per hour which is the going rate on Thumbtack.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, a client will contact me with project ideas. I try to do a meet and greet prior to accepting the project so each party involved is comfortable.. After meeting a contract is emailed outlining expectations, time frame (approximate), cost, materials required from the client, start time & date. I also offer maintenance, because weeds have no boundaries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technically, gardening is a long-time hobby, which started when I was quite young. My goal is to take the Master Gardener Course through WSU, which commences after Covid. I take my time to do the job correct the first time so each homeowner is proud of their outdoor space.
