My wife and initially thought we need our shower doors replace. We were pleasantly surprised at the opportunity to save $500 the day our work project start. We were able to, instead, have the doors removed and cleaned. They also added grouting to our shower as well. They did an excellent job and what was to be a three day job ended up being a one day job. He was professional in work and quality. We will definitely use his company for our next home project.

Beyond happy to work with Silbano. I hired him to work on my kitchen remodel in Shoreline, WA. , I found Silbano very easy to work with. He was patient, quick, and never was late during the project. I also appreciated his wife who communicated with me and updated me on the process throughout the job. Silbano is a one man crew, but worked like there was two other crew members. If you want professionalism, on time, worked from 8:30-6 everyday, and cleaned throughly after he was done every day, then Blancas is the company you want to hire on your projects. The pictures attached speak for themselves.

Blancas team did a good job restoring 4 kitchen cabinet doors. Communication was excellent and timely. They delivered and Silbano is a hard working pro. I would hire him again for any remodeling project. I am happy with his work and recommend him.

We are overjoyed with our new deck and stairs from Blancas General Contractors!! They tore down and hauled away our old rotten deck and stairs. They worked hard and strategically to rebuild the stairs and a level deck on our very un-level house built on a steep hill. They were very conscientious about details, cleaned up their mess every day, replied quickly to texts and emails, showed up every day when they said they would, and their price was very fair. We highly recommend Blancas General Contractors!
